The 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you to judge The Number Patterns Handbook by how much you enjoy reading it, not by a checkout page. Every purchase is covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee: if the handbook is not for you — for any reason — ask for a refund within 30 days of your purchase date and we will return the full purchase price.

Because the product is digital, there is nothing to ship back. You do not need to justify your request, and we will not make you fill out a survey to get your money back.

How to request a refund

1. Email support@patternlens.site from the email address you used at checkout. Include your order number if you have it (it is in your confirmation email); if not, the checkout email address is enough for us to find your order.
2. We will confirm your request within one business day.
3. Once confirmed, we process the refund within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.

Refund details

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method for the full purchase price (US$ 19.00).
• After we process the refund, your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post it to your statement.
• Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled case by case — write to us anyway and we will do our best.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

Bought the handbook twice by accident, or charged more than once for the same order? Contact us and we will refund the duplicate charge in full, regardless of the 30-day window.

Download problems are not a reason to walk away

If your download link did not arrive or the file will not open, contact us before requesting a refund — in almost every case we can resend the link or fix the issue within one business day. Of course, if we cannot fix it, you get your money back.
